I have heard that you can have a apple or some kinda fruit at 10pm each night if you get hungry then ...that is one of the reasons I gained weight because at that time of night I wanted to eat and it was always something fatning. Just food for thought here ....hope it helps!!

Thanks for sharing Big Jim. I am a firm believer that we are what we eat or don't eat.
This is a mental, emotional, spiritual and physical disease and this applies to all levels of our recovery. I need healthy food for my soul, my mind, and to calm my emotions and live in peace and serenity. Eating the wrong things can lead to a lot of indigestions.
