I have an active day today also Misty. Teach school all day, go to the funeralhome for a visit (a freind's mother in law died) and then get to the WW meting I lead by 4:15. I might have time in there to grab a QUICK bite of supper.
I like being active. I dont like being lazy. I feel like I am wasting away my time and my energy and my day when I am "lazy" so I avoid that habit whenever possible.

Hi Mistyeve,
Yeah I am back. Aching but still here. Hope you have better luck at the dentist than I did !!!
Active/ Lazy
So far the morning has been busy, laundry, breakfasts, dishes, trash, picking up a huge package, now posting.(and it's only 9:30). Soon I will take a break. My activity vs inactivity comes in waves. I get real busy for awhile then chill out, then get back into it later on. My way of keeping some sort of balance. Work a little then rest a little. All in moderation.
Love & God Bless Arlene
Good luck with the dentist.

Today I was active, then I took some downtime, which for me wasn't laziness, but self-care so that I could go to my meeting tonight. Came home and made stew and while it was cooking, I was able to post.
It was nice to have the stress relieved by finding out what was wrong, and not having my mind overly active thinking of what could be, might be, etc. I did have the flu. On top of it the additional problem is reflux and my hiatus hernia erupting to give me stomach problems.
Thanks for letting me share.

Dear Caressa----Glad you saw a DR! All the stuff you mentioned can just get more and more serious if they aren't taken care of. Hope you feel better soon! Thanks for stopping by------Mistyeve
