I really LOVE how Bing Crosby explains his gratitudes in the movie White Christmas. He sings to Rosemary Clooney "when I get worried and I can't sleep I count my blessings instead of sheep and I fall asleep counting my blessings" I think gratitudes and blessings are the same thing so this is a real good way to explain it. Are you grateful or ungrateful??? PLease let me know!-----Mistyeve

Dear John---I think this one of the best promises of the program is that "we will be amazed before we are 1/2 way thru" I sure am. It has given me lots of opportunities and benefits. Thanks for stopping by! Good to hear from you! Mistyeve

Finding gratitude was such a blessing to my life. It has helped me find GOOD in my life where i always thought i jsut had grief. Gratitude has helped me learn to appreciate those parts of my life I was not so happy about. It had helped me stay off the pity pot and find my own serenity.
Grateful today. Definitely.
I have an extra gratitude today. first day totally OFF for the summer. I will only work one job for the next 8 or 9 week and for that i am very greatful!

Today, I am grateful that I have a program and that I don't have to pick up, no matter what.
My health has been a good excuse for me to use for many years, it is nice to know that in today, I can deal with things as they arise. When I look at today and don't look at the whole picture, it is much easier to have an attitude of gratitude.

Evening Mistyeve,
Grateful/Ungrateful
Definetely grateful on several levels.
Definetly grateful that God is back in my life.
Grateful that I have a program to rely on to keep my sanity, even when I get on that slippery slope.
Grateful that I have food and all the necessities of life and then some extra.
Grateful to wake up each morning and see the sun shine and the birds singing and the beauty of the trees & flowers in bloom.
Grateful to say I am sorry, and mean it.
I starting doing some major cleaning. Shampooing carpeting , moving furniture and such. Very grateful that this labor intensive job is finished, so I can soak my old bones in some epsom salts and let the world drift away for a while.
I guess I could go on for hours about the things I am grateful for.....lol .... but I'll spare you.
Love & God Bless Arlene
