I have been inventing projects at work just to stay busy. I would much rather be busy then slow. The time just drags when you are doing nothing. Are you active or lazy?? Please Let me know! Thanks!!!----- Mistyeve

I love to stay busy. I don't have to invent anything to do at either of my jobs. I can always do something else. I never just stand around and watch the clock. I want to be honest with my employers and give them their money's worth. I always go in early, too. So they do get MORE than money's worth.
I am definitely an ACTIVE person. I am always on the go and often a multi-tasker. Once in a while, when I am all caught up, I watch more TV than usual. Monday was one of those days, But I did not feel like I was being lazy. I was being "relaxed".

Morning Mistyeve,
Active/Lazy
Today for sure is going to be an ACTIVE day. Lots of things are going to be coming up this month.... BBQ's, birthdays, graduations , and weddings. So to keep things in order I am getting a head start on the things I need to. Getting ahead of the rabbit for a change. Once this month is over then I can enjoy the lazy , hazy days of summer. So there is a method to my madness !!!
Love & God Bless Arlene

With going back to school, I am much more active. I am always mentally active, and get very bored when I am not, but my physical health often limits my motion.
I do have to admit that sometimes my brain is overactive and that is why I do a lot of meditation. I have been doing what they call the Cross-Crawl to help bring back some balance into both. (Standing in one spot, marching bringing your left hand to touch your right knee, and your right hand to touch the left. This ican be done sitting down, it syncronizes your right and left brain.

Dear Lin---I think there is a real difference between lazy & relaxed. I know you are a busy person cuz I get tired just hearing what your schedule is!!! LOL Thanks for stopping by------Mistyeve
Dear John----Thanks for stopping by.------Mistyeve
Dear Caressa----The technique you use to meditate sounds real interesting. The hardest part of meditation for me is to get my mind to quiet down. Thanks for stopping by------Mistyeve

Today ended up being a lot more active that I thought it would be. It will certainly lead to more activity. I went to see an apartment with a friend today. She knows I am not happy living were I am and asked me if I would be willing to share a place with her. She is starting her own company, and I can help her with it and we have been friends for about twelve years. She has been in and out of the program over that time, but in today, she is coming up to 14 months clean, which is awesome. She has made such drastic changes in her life that she was nominated as woman of the year. She wasn't the winner but in tonight's paper she got a lot more publicity than those that won.
This apartment has everything that mine does not. The best part is double sinks and a gas stove in the kitchen. If the paper work goes through we hope to move in at the end of the month if not sooner. The place is to be painted fresh and there is already new hardwood floors throughout. I haven't been this excited and happy about something in a very long time.
Thanks for letting me share,
