I try to be generous with my time and talents. I typed up a new list of phone numbers for my Thursday AA group. I also made 20
copies. The group needed to have it done so it felt good to be generous and do it. I am greedy about my sleep. I don't like to lose any sleep over anything. Are
your greedy or generous or both???

That's a coincidence Misty. I do the phone list for my group also! At my WW center I make computer signs, posters, pricing signs, etc. I do that all the time. I made 6 signs yesterday promoting the featured product of the week.
A leader from WI posted on the message boards that she never got the WW charm bracelet and wanted to know if anybody knew where she could buy one. By chance I have 2 of them. I emailed her and am mailing her a bracelet FREE. It's sterling silver with several charms on it. I never met the lady. I just knew I had 2 and could only wear one at a time and I'm giving her one. That's the way I am. I share what I can with those who need it. I also share what I can with Friends and relatives.
At school I buy lots of books for my Accelerated Reader shelves. I have been know to make very large purchases for my classroom when the school had no funds. I've bought VCR, overhead projectors, tables, bookcases, rugs, nice desk chair , tape players, etc. When my kids make certain points on AR i give them gift cards to books a million or restaurant coupons.
I really consider GENEROUS on of my good traits. I guess it's a defect when I give too much and it's hard to pay the bills. I did that last Dec. So i guess this Christmas I will have to cut back. It's hard to get used to the cut in pay since my hubby can't work any more. I have 2 jobs and that helps, but we also have 2 new cars and other bills.
The only thing I am greedy with is my serenity. I wont let another person take that from me. But I'm generous with my time, talents and treasures.
