I love Tiger's definition of tolerance being the lowest form of love. It sure makes it easier for me to practice when I think of it that way. Are you tolerant or intolerant? Please let me know!!! Thanks---Mistyeve

I try to bre tolerant of others...it's tough at times if the person is screaming at me...or they are being rude to me. I have learned to be tolerant i those cases especially if I remind myself i may not know what is hapening in this person's life. And it's probably not even abut ME. I do this with a self reminder...i have no idea who peed in their cheerios this morning.
It's not ouot loud of course, but It helps me detach from the ange and be tolerant of that person and their actions.

Dear Lin---I think its real funny how tolerance reminders have to do with breakfast food! Who pissed in your Cheerios? Who burned their toast? These are both good questions that help to remind me of the fact that it might be something going wrong in the persons life that doesn't have a thing to do with me but they are taking it out on me. When I have Understanding it helps me to be a lot more tolerant. Thanks for stopping by Honey!!!----Mistyeve
