Today I have found myself worried about getting everything done by the end of the month. The thought of repacking and reorganizing everything into a still smaller place is very overwhelming.
I have a terrible habit of looking at things and getting overwhelmed when I don't know where to start, so I don't.
I was thinking I was calm, but I think in reality, I am more shut down than I am peaceful.

When I have a large task in front of me I break it into smaller bites. If I want to clean the garage I just do one shelf. Then if that is finished I say...why not another shelf. Eventurally I get it finished. But my goal is smaller. I reach it and I move on to a new goal. If I want to clean the bedroom I start with jsut one drawer. If I wamnt to remodel the bathroom I start with jsut piciing out the paint or wallpaper. Taking things a little at a time...not obsessing about what MIGHt happen helps me stay calm and not so worrisome.
I loved the new list of chips> I made a list from that book also and I thought it was on the main list page...might be wrong.
Not sweating the small stuff as well as LET GO LET GOD helps me not be so worrisome.

Well I never got much done yesterday as a result of running a fever and having a sore throat and an inner ear problem. These symptoms also indicate a communication and perception problem, so I had to do a meditation and get grounded last night.
I never checked to see if it was posted anywhere else. I just posted it new to show people the source of the posts that I will make from it. If anyone has any other defects to add to the list, please feel free to do so.
