Open-minded, gracious/Smug, stubborn

This seems to cover what has been happening in my day. A friend was trying to get her new-to-her computer up and running and the cd player wouldn't work. Her son who is visiting from out ot the city was desperately trying to get it going so he can get on it yesterday. He came here today to get the cd player form my computer to download hers and then plans to bring it back to me later today. I have to do without sound in the meantime, but that isn't important when and if I can help my frfiend.

She is very special to me and I lived with her and her son when I had two years sober. I have promised to help her get computer friendly so we can communicate on messenger even though she is only a phone call away.

For the most part, I am very open-minded. Sometimes I think I can be too much that way.

It's good you are able to help your freind. I have a friend who has many medical problems. Often they leave her with the wide-awakes. Lately she's been calling me at 1 to 1:30 AM to go to wal mart....and i GO. Then I have to try to stay awake all day at work.I will doi it again when she calls though because I am kind and care about my freinds.

It's good you are able to help your freind with her computer.

hmmmmmmmm........

I can be open-minded (or try to be most of the time)
I try to be gracious (I think I am the majority of the time)

Smug there are times when I am correct about
a situation or topic and I suppose I do become a wee
little bit smug

Stubborn, the good Lord and I have been working
on my subborness for many years. I still find myself
stubbornly hanging on to ideas and traits that I just
can't quite get rid of.

What an amazing program! It gives me all the tools
to make a "NEW ME" and I get to begin work on myself
ONE DAY AT A TIME. I don't have to be perfect, I just
have to do the best I can each day......
