So far, I am able to stay in the moment. Haven't heard from my son since Friday morning. Don't really expect to, yet there is a part of me that is hoping.

To remain stable, I plan to go to my NA meeting. We have a business meeting so will be picked up early at 5:30 p.m.

Haven't the energy to do something big for myself for dinner. Part of treating myself is to take it easy, keep it simple and just let the day unfold as it will.

My son did come in after work. No need to be a pessimist. He offered to take me out for supper but I had already eaten. He even had a gift for me.
