Relaxed/Tense

Not sure this is a defect, certainly a feeling.

I just had a visit with my sponsee and we had a relaxed session. It was nice to be able to share my esh with her as she goes through the steps.

I am a bit tense about the small things that happen in my life, like the switch on my kitchen not working and can't see to cook supper. The light went out in the fridge and now I don't have any light to see by. I have to bring my trilite in until I can get hold of the repairman on Monday.

I am not a Molly Maid by any stretch of the imagination. It is nice to be able to relax and be in the moment and accept myself for who I am.

yeah... I agree. relaxed and tense does nto seem like a character defect at all.

today I am quite relaxed. it was the last day of school for my students...my last day to teach a regular class of my own. I'm not looking back and wishing I had not retired. I am looking forward and being excited about my new venture. I am not tense at all about the changes I am bringing on myself. I am excited. (not excited that I lsot my insurance and have to pay 6700 a year to keep it..but EXCITED abtu the new job with less responsibility and more free time. That's how I am looking at it and it looks GREAT.
