Since I have been diagnosed with diabetes, I have had to trust my doctor, friends and family to show me a new way of living.
My doctor has booked me into a diabetic clinic to learn more and my sister, my niece and I are going to a diabetic workshop.
Trust does not always come easy for me. The only one I trust completely is my Higher Power. I am grateful for the people He has put on my path to show me a new way of living. This was something I had to learn to apply to all areas of my life, just not my alcoholism and my addictions.
