Another's doctor's appointment today to get more test results. I had an eye specialist appointment yesterday. I have to go back to him in a month. He says my eyesight is blurred because of the high blood sugar. I have to have more tests done.
I don't see the two surgeons about my operations now until December. It is really important for me to stay in the moment and live in today and have faith that things will unfold as they should. At least I don't have the fear of cancer.

My faith and fear was tested last week during the huge fire storm. With all the flames surrounding my town, and waiting for that "evacuation phone call" on the day the smoke was so thick in the air, with ashes falling like snow that fear in me crept in but I had faith that my HP and my mom (who just passed) was watching over me telling me its gonna be alright... as far as my home is concern. Yet, those that didn't get lucky with their homes I am sure that they had faith in them that lucky that they made it out alive.

WOW dg..that must have been so scarey! We had our second tornado in our town a couple of weeks ago. There were 4 in that one afternoon. None of them was as bad as the f5 we had in 200. This was an 52. Today at eh beauty shop a lady whose hose was destroyed had photos. She said she had gone to the basement the two earlier sorms in the afternoon but thn ignorerd the sirens that enxt time and then it got her house. She said the thing she remembers the most is tot total darkness and silence after it hit...no AC, no refrigerator, no TV, no lights...so dark and quiet.
I hope the fires are out very soon and you can breathe a sigh of relief.
As far as fear and faith...a wise "duck" who flies by here once in a while use to say..faith and fear can't live in teh same house at the same tiem. So whn I feel fear coming on, I htink of that and pray. I pray for faith to make it through whatever it is...and then the fear subsides.

Hey Caressa, Its looking much better TY, Smoke is still lingering in the air but that is to be expected from all the fires. Another Santa Ana wind is supposly to be kicking in again sometimes today. hopefully it won't rehash the fires again. take care
