Sunday Chip- Love/Hate

Which is the stronger of these emotions

Love!!!!!!!!!!

Love can conquer the hardest of hearts, do miracles
and change lives. There's no greater feeling than to
be loved, whether it's by your husband, your children,
your family or your best friends. Even the love your pets
give you, make difficult times appear better and easier
to confront. A person without love is a lost soul......

There are only two basic emotions that we all experience,
love and fear. All other emotions are variations of these
two emotions. Hate is an off shoot of fear.....
I hate green beans, or I fear eating something green
for fear it will taste yucky.

"Hate is too strong an emotion to waste on someone

Today, I can safely say I feel Love..... Hate robs me of
my serenity and peace of mind! I don't have time or
energy for any hate in my life.

I needed to read this yeaterday, but I was too caught up in the eggshells I was walking on all day. (post in alanon section abtu mood swings)

I went to chruch by myself and prayed and prayed. I was at that thin line between love/hate. I prayed..Shoudl I go home and confront him abotu his attitude and actions and ask him to go get an apartmetn? or shoudl I jstu lay low and hope he calms down?

I decided not to confront. I lvoe th man, but hate the disease. For today that will do for me.
