THURSDAY CHIP---RESPONSIBLE/IRRESPONSIBLE
I am responsible for my feelings and my actions!
I have at times tried to blame others for "making"
me angry, but in reality I had a choice.
In Vegas, the forclosures are at an all time high,
my son was one of the "victims". In reality he made
a very irresponsible decision to buy a home that
he did not qualify for. His lender did not act responsibly
and verify his income.
Acting irresponsibly has consequences! But sometimes it's
not enough to just do the right thing, the responsible thing.
My property value has dropped greatly due to bank repo's
in the neighbor hood.
;D On the bright side, I am healthy and happy with my life today.
And I fully expect to do the grown up thing and act responsible.
