My Monday Chip---Disciplined/Undisciplined
Mondays always a pretty disciplined day for me.... Things I might have put off on the week end get put back on the list and as I complete them I cross them off. One of my lists is always calls to make. This week there is the plumber & need to make an appt. for "Honey's" check up with the dentist.
How about you? Are you disciplined or undisciplined? or pick a chip of your own.....
Peace on the journey, SunnyGirl

As a rule of thumb I am very disciplined. Have said many times that I have not been caught up in years and don't look like it will happen any time soon. I almost always have my clipboard with me to take notes when calls come in or make notes as I think of thinks. If not I always have paper in my shirt pocket for that purpose. The things that high on my priority list get done first and others just add to my list. Sometimes what tops the list is what Ron wants to do. And I found out the hard way that I need some of that to balance out.
Take care and keep smiling,
Ron

On the whole, I am undisciplined. I tend to go with the flow and allow things to happen as they would. In the past, I would beat myself up for not doing things that I planned to do on a particular day or at an exact time. I learned to let go, and not sweat the small stuff and get out of my own way and allow myself to just be. When I turn my day over to my HP, I believe things unfold as they should. I have freedom of choice as to what I do with what is put in my path whether it is to ignore, say yes or no, postpone, put on a shelf, etc.
My only goal yesterday was to get to the jail and meet my partner and put on a meeting in the adult unit for men. Last week we had 10, this week, we had 4, but the nice thing was that two of them were repeats.
When I got home, I received a phone call to play bridge tonight. I was due to play with him until next week, but his regular partner wanted to stay home and watch the election. I played with this gentleman for the first time last week, so will have to see what develops. Bridge is a disciplined game and has been a good tool for me to apply to my life.
