I drew this one today. Hmmm. I am very active. This mornign I work 2 meetings at WW and hopefully we will go to visit our daughter in another state this afternoon. I have been to wal mart, made chili, and I'm ready to go to Hardees for my mornign coffee in a few minutes.
As far as exercise type "active" I am not on top of things lately. 2 weeks ago Thursday I fell out the kitchen door. I pulled some muscles in my right leg. In the moring ti throbs with pain like a charleyhourse. I want to go walk or go to my moringn zumba class, but I can't get my leg to cooperate. I am wearing my pedometer, so at least I know I am getting in 10,000 steps in daily activities, but as far as being active at the ym or such, I am onl hold for a bit! If it's not better soon, I will go to another doctor. I went toeh chiropracter Wed. because he has an aqua massage table. HMMMM. wonderful! You ksjsut lay on the table..it's not enclosed liek a tanning bed. The warm water massages you and you can change the area you want it to hit, the speed and the force. It felt very good Wed. night, but again Thursday mornng it was hurting again.
SO i am definitely not LAZY...but not as active as I'd like to be, either!

They need to define the word lazy on this chip ;D Just kidding..... No actually I have been active today, jumped up at 6am and drank coffee for a couple hours as I perused the newspaper and worked the crossword puzzle. I do like to stay active and exercise my brain. Those dendrites in our brains begin to go dormant as we begin to age so it brings another meaning to, "use it or lose it! ;D I've been put-zing, had to make a run to the hardware store for pieces and parts to my dryer. Ran the vacuum cleaner, washed a load of clothes so I can check out the dryer and see if it's actually going to dry my clothes. This is an afternoon break and who knows I my jump up at some point and think of a project for later...... SG

I am active but not at a gym. I use to go to the gym daily but stopped a couple years ago. Was going to say that I don't have the time to go but that is not true. I have as much time now as I use when I did go. Just don't want to go. Never did like leaving the gym in the winter. Taking a shower and walking out in the below weather just never appealed to me.
Being overly active has had positive and negative results for me. Have reaped some good rewards for being active. But it has also costed me a ton of money in legal fees when we where about to get a divorce because of my overly active ways. When I was on a construction site I could piss a whole crew or crews off if things weren't going the way I thought they should. I really didn't give blank about what someone thought I wanted to see quality work and porduction.
Have slowed up a lot over the years. Have learned that not many can keep up with me and nor do they have to. Don't work 14-16 hours a day. Now I leave home about 5:30 am and get home around 6 pm and that is a day. Not often do I work at night any more.
The fun part about still being active is with my little buddy. And let me tell you. That little feller is ACTIVE :-)
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night. :-)
