I am grateful for Time.....
I use my Time positively and strive to make the most out of every single day. I take Time to smell the roses and appreciate all God has given me.

U is for Understanding. Through understanding my Higher Power, I learned to understand myself, my reason for being and who I am.
I am grateful for the gift this brings, the freedom to be myself.

Z is for Zest. I have a zest for living. When I was using I was existing and didn't have a reason for living, I wanted to stop the world so I could get off. The program gave me back myself and a zeal for living in today.
