MONDAY CHIP---
Living for today/Living in the past, worrying about the future
I try to make the most out of every day. I don't want to have regrets, it's all up to me, my decisions and choices. I have no need to worry, because if I am doing everything I can to take care of me, chances are I'm going to have a great day. Worry is the least productive human emotion. I can learn from the past, but I can not change it. I do try to do things for myself, that just might make my golden years a little easier. But it's strictly a plan A - plan B situation, I'm learning to adapt to what ever comes my way.
"Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present." ......
How about you? Are you living in today?
Peace on the journey, SunnyGirl

Very much a today person. I had a lot of baggage to let go of from my past and thanks to the program, I don't have to project into the future. As my ex-sponsor said many years ago, "All I have is 3 seconds." She had narcolepsy and as a result had mini seizures. She taught me about living in the moment.
