FRIDAY CHIP---RESPONSIBLE/ IRRESPONSIBLE
Not that I made any resolutions this year, but I am going to make a greater effort to be more responsible this year. Hopefully, this will become a habit and I won't have to suffer the consequences for being irresponsible. I was late with the tags on my car and it cost me an extra $10. A few years back, I went for 10 months on expired tags, ended up getting a ticket and having to go thru all the stuff that one might imagine this would incur.
Sooooooo.... Now I got a notice that my drivers license is due next month, so I am putting up sticky notes to remind me about it. I NEED to get this done by next week. I thought about going today, but ends up I am watching the Granddaughter again today.
I really have to make a point of doing things like this immediately, I have a tenancy to put things off and act irresponsibly. Just for today, I am trying to act like a grown-up and do the responsible thing......
Peace on the journey, SunnyGirl

Today, I am responsible for my self care today. A little irresponsible in things I don't like doing such as dishes, laundry, and chores. I have been known to run away from home knowing that they aren't going anywhere and will always be there when I get home.

I have been known to run away from home knowing that they aren't going anywhere and will always be there when I get home. Self-care should always be the number one priority..... Lucky for me, I have a helper! Honey pitches in when it comes to chores around the house. My job is the business end, I make appointments, pay bills, and try to keep stuff flowing the way it's suppose to. Sometimes I do better than others, but my guy never fusses with me when I slip up. I am blessed to have such a good man...... SG

My guy never helps out. He works zero jobs and has zero hobbies. I work 2 jobs and I do most everything aroudn the house. He does the yard and that's about it.
I got tired of it a few years ago and hired a housecleaner to come in once a wek. It's $50 for about 3 hours, but well worth it!
Responsible? I am the responsible one aroudn her. I put the doctor appointments on the calendar, remember the family birthdays, do all of the shopping and any housework or laundry that needs to be done between Tuesdays (when my housecleaner comes), I also pay all of the bills.
