U is for Understanding. It was important that I have an understanding of God. Through that undersanding, I learned to know my Higher Self. I had to make God personal and not some distant being out there in the wild blue yonder who I couldn't seem to reach.

Z is for Zero. When all my score cards read zero, I became willing to reach out and ask for help. Zero tolerance, Zero relationships, Zero desire to live, Zero friends except for those who could use me and abuse me and only wanted what I could give them and the worst of all, the drugs stopped working for me.
