S is for Silence. When I silent my mind, and let go of the chatter I can hear the Good Orderly Direction I need to see each day through. When I find that silence, then I can find the Serenity that is promised me no matter what is going on in my life.

U is for Utilize. For many years I used people, places and things. In today, my HP utilizies them to show me a new way of living. A smile, a sunbeam, a spoken word, a kindness, etc. all gifts that make me aware of His goodness to me and how I have a purpose in life and He can use me in today to carry the message of hope to others.

Y is for Yes. I can say Yes to myself without feeling guilty. For many years, I had to give myself permission to do things out of fear of going back into old patterns and behaviors. In today, I know that when I turn my day over to my Higher Power, good things will come along and I can accept them graciously and know that I am deserving and worth while.
