Hi! My name is John, and I am a grateful recovering alcoholic!
I just registered on this posting site - 1st time ever doing so! Found you folks while perusing the Internet for templates/worksheets to use while doing the 4th Step.
I'm brand new to using posting boards and chat rooms, so I'll hope you'll forgive me for any blunders I am sure to make!
Hope to hear from you folks soon!
John (aka duckworthy)

Hi John...
My name is Cherie, I am your neighbor across the hall in Alanon.... Welcome to the boards! We've been a little quiet lately, so it's great to see a new face!
I'm sure others will be along to welcome you... Keep coming back! Hugs, SunnyGirl

Welcome John. I am a recovering alcoholic/addict who is also very grateful. Look forward to sharing with you. When I did my Step 4, I used the guideline on pages 64 and 65 in the Big Book. I have never used one for AA but have one for Al-Anon. Check out the link by all means. Do what is comfortable for you. It took me three tries to get truly honest. The more I healed and the more I became aware, I was able to get truly honest. I am planning on doing a Step Study, so feel free to share your own experience, strength and hope.
