T is for Try. All I have to do is "Try to be the best me I can be today." The failure is in the not trying. To try and fail is not the issue. It is a growth experience, a life lesson, and a learning as to not how to do something. It is about trying to get back up and trying again that strengthens and molds us into more humane beings.

V is for View. It is important to open my eyes and see the whole picture. No more tunnel vision, no more black or white, no more rose-coloured glasses, no more seeing just what I want to see, but opening my eyes and encompassing all and finding the goodness in it.

W is for: Worry
Worry is like a rocking horse, it keeps you moving but never gets you anywhere.
