This site is one I use. It has specially designed avatars.

When you see a picture you like right click on it, go to bottom of window and click on properties, copy the URL generally third line down, click on cancel to exit window, and paste links between
[ img ] [ /img ]

Have put in spaces that normally are not there but they won't print . Click on icon on format bar that is yellow and fourth from the left on second row.
