U is for Understanding. Understanding my Higher Power, allowed me to have a close relationship with Him, and through Him, I had a better understanding of my Higher Self. We are all spiritual beings walking trying to walk a spiritual road on earthly soil. The Universe supplies what I need as long as I am open to receive and acknowledge it. When we do, we are united as one and are part of the Whole.

U is for Use. Instead of using people, places and things to make me feel better, I go to my Higher Power to show me a new way of living and He utilizes people, places and things to show me a new way of living.
