V is for Validation. I don't have to go outside of myself for validation. It is always nice to get, but necessary when I can go within and find my own answers thanks to a loving, caring, forgiving, and compassionate Higher Power.

W is for WORRY...I used to worry abtou everything. Today I take care of what needs to be done wright now and let my HP do the worrying about those things that are not mine to fix.
