My daughter has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder for over 15 years now. For about the last 2 weeks she has been depressed and that is putting it mildly. She and her husband got into it today and it is a very ugly situation. She is irrational and insanely angry with life, hubby, me and most anyone and everything around her. They are fortunate that neighbors have not called the police.
She needs to see her doctor and will not.....
Please keep my daughter in your prayers....
Peace on the journey, SunnyGirl

I spoke with my daughter last night and the conversation went fairly well until I asked if she was taking her bi-polar med's or had them checked with her doctor lately....
Big mistake....
The conversation ended abruptly, although we both reassured each other with "I love you".....
Peace on the journey, SunnyGirl

So many want to play doctor and tell members what to do.
I had to go for outside help but I made THEM aware of the 12 Steps. I changed my family doctor 3 times. It is doing what ever it takes for your sobriety (soundness of mind) on a daily bases. What do I need to.get up in the morning, live my day, and go to bed at night with a grateful heart.
