D is for Disclosure. It is important that I bring my feeling out into the open. When I share with others, I get to hear myself and take an honest look at how things really are inside. When I bring secrets out of the darkness into the light, I allow them to decrease in size and they become manageable. Attachments:

T is for Teachable. I gain some humility needed to recover, I must learn to be teachable and listen when others talk and share their experience, strength and hope. I need to learn to identify and not compare because my drug of choice is but a symptom of my disease. I can learn from listening to others share their talk and I need to trust that my Higher Power put them in my path for a reason. Attachments:
