U is for Unity. This site is a good example of how Unity works when people who are members of AA, NA, Al-Anon, Nar-Anon, CoDA, ACoA, and OA, can all come together and have a meeting. We can do what I can't do as one. We unite to share our similarities and our differences which brings out our uniqueness. Attachments:

W is for Wonder. Open to the wonder of what is around you. Look at the World with a new perspective. Don't take on what is not yours and don't take things personally. Wake up to each day and know it is the first day of the rest of your life. The past is gone and if we make healthy choices in today, we have hope for a better tomorrow. Attachments:
