A is for Anger. Anger is an emotional like all others. It is how we choose to accept it, feed it, express it, and let go of it. Justifiable and self-righteous anger and just as dangerous and hate directed at someone/thing. Anger can be a danger to our sobriety. I can be even more danger if I stuff it and not learn to deal with it in a health way. It helps me to talk about it, share with others my pain, write about it, take a walk, do meditation and turn it over and ask my Higher Power for help. Attachments:

D is for: Denial
"When we learn to accept rather than Deny we are better able
to deal with life on life’s terms. Life is not smooth and easy, it
hasn’t been for centuries and it is not going to be tomorrow. Living in Denial about our difficulties doesn’t make them disappear. Denial only prolongs the growth from and solution to every situation."
