V is for Validation. I need to look within and validate who I am and not go without for the affirmation I feel I need from others. I need to place value on who I am not who I want to be or devalue myself by my choices in the past. Attachments:

X is for Xerophagy (Inert gas in area)! A pretty good word for an alcoholic who is full of himself and his puffed up pride and ego who eXpounds on how wonderful he/she is in case you didn't know. I think it is also calling being full of hot air! Or perhaps it is saying a whole lot and not really saying anything at all! Word hung in the air with no place to go.
