C is for Caring. I share because I care. Self care is important. I neglected myself for many years in the pursuit of people, place and things to make me happy. I became selfish and self-seeking in my quest to find happiness, not knowing that I had to find the love and care from within. Attachments:

D is for Denial. Denying what is truly going on in my life only adds to my pain and prolongs the agony. Detachment can be a good thing, but I need to acknowledge 'it' in order to detach from it. If I just ignore it, and pretend it isn't there, that isn't detachment it is my denial.

I is for Idenity. I had to find my own identity, not what people told me I was, not who I told myself I was. I had to learn to not take on things that were projected onto me and learn to take ownership of what was and what was not the true part of my Inner Self.

M is for Moments. Take each moment of the day and treasurer it. Staying in the moment, letting go of the past and not projecting into the future is the key to peace and serenity for me.

O stand for Others. I can't give what I haven't got. It is important to fill me up and then I am suppose to give away the overflow to others. I had to stop using Others to make me feel good. I had to go within and find that goodness and answers within me.
