B is for Boundaries. They are to protect myself. As it says in this article, you set them and then you let go and don't project the result. Be good to yourself. Practice self-care and set boundaries where needed. www.joy2meu.com/Personal_Boundaries.htmAttachments:

J is for Justify. For most of my life, I thought I had to justify my existance. It is okay to just be. It is okay to be me and I don't have to justy my thoughts and actions to anyone. It is between me and my Higher Power. If those thoughs and actions are harmful to another, then I need to make an amend not justify them as being all right.

K is for: Key
"Once the Key of willingness is placed inside the lock and the door slightly opens, we find that we can always open the door a little bit more. Though self-will may close the door on us many times, as it frequently does, the door will open once again the moment we pick up the key of willingness." 12 x 12 P. 35

L is for Let Go and Let God! I can't give things over to my Higher Power and still leave strings attached. I can't make it conditional and expect it to work. Letting go, is letting go. All the thought, patterns, pain, promises, hopes, disolutionments, and the list goes one. Give it ALL to God. Love yourself enough to let go!
