:-/Glad to have a new member. Recovering alcoholic who was also addicted to pills (dried up alcohol - the symptoms were the same), who also qualifies for Al-Anon and Nar-Anon. I am an adult child of an alcoholic father and a mother who died at the age of 40 because she used food to deal with his alcoholism and her feelings.
