Today I know I'm being guided and protected on my path for growth and freedom. All the positive energy in the universe is working for my greatest good. All I have to do is put one foot in front of the other.

Sometimes I forget that is all I need to do is 'keep it simple.' It is okay to just be and do the next thing that appears in front of me.

When I remember to take my Higher Power with me each day, I have nothing to fear. I am not alone. No matter where that path leads me, He is there for me to lean on.

When old fears and phobias creep into my mnd and I start into the stinking thinking, I can turn to Him and turn it over to Him. I can't, He/She can.

I am always amazed at how we humans can complicate
our lives with so little effort. And agree totally, if I woke
up each day and invited God to walk with me today the

How true SG. I know I can take a simple thing and make a mole hill into a mountain as they say.

The help is there if I am willing to reach out. Many nights, when I can't sleep, I go to my sites and to this site and Circle For Recovery, to find what I need in today. The words I need to hear are always there when I am open to receiving them. That is the key, being honest that I have an issue in the moment, being open to other people's thoughts and ideas, and willing to apply what I find to my life.
