I is for Inegrity. The dictionary says: Integrity is a concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations and outcomes. To me it means walking your talk.

N is Normal. What does normal mean? I was told it was a cycle on a washing machine. What was normal for me before recovery was not a good path to continue on; and I had to take a new road and make a few detours; and had to make new tapes to replace the old; and make new decisions.
