"A" is for acceptance...accept the help that wee ask for...and I learn how to accept that help with graciousnes..... Accept myself...flaws and all.....Accept others...just as they are... Accept my diseases and ask for the help I need to heal and to live life on life's terms

C is for Cravings. You can not crave something unless you pick it up and injest it. They are often mistaken for obsessions. Just because you think it, doesn't mean you crave it. We can stop the thinking, with the help of our Higher Power.

D is for Denial. The blanket we pull on when we don't want to acknowledge what is going on around us. The protection I wear when I can't deal with or face my issues in the moment.

E is for Everything. I was told that I had to change everything about me, my attitude, my thinking, my manner of doing things, my old tapes, my mouth and the way I spoke, etc. I was told if you have recovery, show it in everything that you do.
