I am here!!!! I sent an email to all my sober friends to join us here and have a lil ole group hug!
I did so miss all of you and tried to keep in touch with
all that I had emails for.
Will be going out of town again next week I believe.

hey,
i'm glad to find y'al. i had a really rough moment in time not to long ago. then i was really feeling better...now i'm low again. nervous as anything. my meds must be messin up. i'mso sick of changing dosages, meds, etc. but i can't stand the shakes. could use a little methadone. but that's just asking for trouble. can't get any anyway.

It's Colleen from SC .Thanks for the invite , I think a few of you asked me to come in and join up . I have been really busy lately . But I miss you's all a bunch. How is the life thing going for you all?

Kids out of school so my life is revolving around them for the next few months . It's a good thing they are getting older and we can do more stuff together. It's kind of like being a kid again except this is FUN unlike my childhood.... anyhow I'm changing home groups again . Seems like I am still having trouble finding home .....
