Hey Lin, Its good to see you again. I try to pop in here to see if any newcomers or old timers post a post.. which is preetty nil.... Congratulations on your 15 year mark. But sorry its not on a good note but you are right about one thing, coming here to EOR was the best thing for you because you got to meet lots of great people and most of all helped so many as well. take care and have a great day.

Thanks DG. I dont pop in often anymore. It was jsut too sad tosee EOR practically folded up. But it will always be special to those of uwho opened it and were here when Kathleen left.
My day today has gotten better. Sohopefuly tonight will also be good. We are expecting a winter storm abut midnight, so that's not good. I dont want another SNOW DAY tomorrow. We're gonna be going in June now as it is!
Thanks for the good wishes.
LIN

It is so odd that I should find EOR again especially now. On Sunday, August 21st, 2011, God willing, I will be celebrating the 13th anniversary of the day after my last drunk.

Congratulations Dean. Didn't know we had the same dry date. Many more, one day at a time.

They say if you don't remember your sobriety date then you don't have it! My sobriety date is April 15th, 1984. I constantly get teased and razzed that you are suppose to get drunk on Income Tax Day not sober!!! I was told that one billion seconds equals 32 years. Hope to make it to 32 years in a few more thousand seconds!!!----Bunnypie

My belly button birthday is April 1st, 1942
My sobriety date is August 21, 1991.
It took me a long time to get here. Denial kept me sick and when I got to the doors of recovery, I was one of those very sick ones. So grateful that it is one day at a time.
