D is for Denial. The blanket of denial is a protection we often hide behind until such a time as we are willing to face the issue at hand. It can keep us sick for a long time. As long as we are aware that it is there, it can hold onto it until we are ready to admit and accept.

F is for Food. I need to remember that I need food for my body, mind and spirit. Food is fuel to top myself up then I can give away the overflow! Personally, I have a big appetite for spiritual food, that is why I come here.

R is for Resentments. They are a human thing but can kill the soul. It hurts the person who holds it rather than the person or object who it is projected onto. To let go of a resentment, prayer is reqired!
