A is for Awareness. Once I become aware of something, it never seems to go away until I address it and look at what I need to take action on to change things or if I just need to accept and let go.Attachments:

B is for Balance. This is something that is difficult for me. Lately I have felt like my life was back on extreme highs and lows again due to my not sleeping. I need to make sure that I don't overdue and balance the things I have to do in a day. Three things are too much and my Wednesdays have been having three sometimes four things. My Monday's have been busy too. Balance isn't easy for an Aires at the best of times. Our complete opposite is Libra who is Balance personified.

H is for Hope. I received hope from the Promises. They gave me even more hope when they started coming true in my life. When I walked into the rooms, I saw people staying sober and that gave me hope. I was full of fear but kept coming back because I wanted what they had.

I is for Intellect. You can't think your way into good living. You have to live your way into good thinking.
Trying to figure things out kept me sick. I had to not question the whys and why nots, and just go with the flow and trust the program and know it would work for me.
My sponsor use to say, "If you are still intellectualizing, "Stop it!"

K is for Kneel. Kneeling to pray has always been a way of surrendering to our God to show that we need his help. My knees don't do kneeling these days although I try to still do it on heavy duty stuff. I am afraid it would be God I am down and I can't get up!
Remember that God answers knee-mail.
